The Alberta Sand & Gravel Association (ASGA) announced on Dec. 6, 2017 the maximum that municipalities in Alberta may charge in the Community Aggregate Payment (CAP) Levy will be increasing from $0.25/tonne to $0.40/tonne beginning on January 1, 2018.
