The last 30 days have seen a total of 14 applications directly related to surface materials. Over the last 90 days, there have been a total of 40 applications indicating that application activity has remained steady in the last month.
Oil & Gas Activity
As for oil and gas activity in Alberta, there was a base load of activity throughout March as everyone adjusted to COVID-19 and the low oil prices. However, the end of March and the first week of April has seen a resurgence of activity with 26 well pad applications in a single day.
