The last 30 days have seen a total of 23 applications directly related to surface materials. Over the last 90 days, there have been a total of 47 applications indicating that application activity has increased slightly when compared to the 3-month moving average.
Oil & Gas Activity
As for oil and gas activity in Alberta, the economic uncertainty related to COVID-19 has resulted in a significant decrease in the number of applications for pipelines and well pads.
